„Sehr empfehlenswert, einfach gewisse Punkte beachten
Super Lage und sehr nettes Personal. Gleich nach Ankunft haben wir gebeten, in ein anderes Zimmer zu ziehen, da das geplante Zimmer (329) gleich oberhalb der Aussenpool Landschaft lag und wir so die ganze Zeit die dicken Vorhänge hätten schliessen müssen um Privatsphäre zu haben. In ein dunkles Zimmer wollten wir verständlicherweise nicht. Unser neues Zimmer war geräumig, etwas wenig Platz für Kleider, aber trotzdem sehr angenehm. Die Betten sehr bequem. Die Aussicht auf Funchal und das Meer ist aussergewöhnlich - dafür ist der Lärm von der Strasse laut. Gereinigt wurde sehr sauber - man konnte wählen, an welchen Tagen man den Putzservice wünschte. Das Views biete eine sehr grosse Auswahl am Frühstückbüffet, und tolle Unterhaltung mit Musikern am Abend. Der Wellnessbereich ist grosszügig gestaltet und bietet eine gute Vielfalt. Ebenfalls der Fitnessbereich. Das mit Michelin Stern ausgezeichnete Restaurant im 11. Stock war leider geschlossen bis Ende Januar, das war schade. Eine tolle Aufmerksamkeit war die Flasche Champagner im Zimmer aus Anlass des Geburtstages meines Mannes. Sehr aufmerksam!
Die Bedienung durch das Barpersonal war unterschiedlich und könnte besser sein - manchmal musste man sehr lange warten - z.Teil sind wir nach einer Wartezeit auch wieder gegangen. Auch gibt es keine Chips oder so zum Getränk. Die verschiedenen Anlagen, z.B. Fitness, Toiletten etc sind nicht gut angeschrieben und sollten bereits bei den Lifts und Eingangsbereich markiert werden - das Fitnesszimmer haben wir erst nach vielen Rückfragen und suchen gefunden. Die „Geburtstagsmassage“ war extrem schlecht - wir haben gefroren und wurden nicht wirklich massiert - auch das Getränk am Schluss wurde nur halb gefüllt - auf unsere Wünsche bezgl. Schmerzbereiche wurde gar nicht eingegangen. Man hatte das Gefühl, als hätten sie „keinen Bock“. Unsere Reklamation diesbezüglich wurde zwar aufgenommen aber nicht zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Die Internetverbindung war schlecht und mehrheitlich überlastet- die Bilder der Fernsehsender sind oft eingefroren. Ein anderer Kritikpunkt sind die Bademäntel und Tücher für den Wellnessbereich - es gab im Zimmer fast keine Möglichkeit, die Tücher und Mäntel zu trocknen und für weitere Tücher hätte man bezahlen müssen. Ein Bügeleisen wäre ebenfalls toll im Zimmer.

„Der Name ist Program, aus dem Zimmer, beim Frühstück oder vom Pool aus!
Eine super Lage und alles Fussläufig erreichbar. Essen war ebenfalls großartig. Der Blick aus den Supior DZ mit Meerblick ist einfach umwerfend!
Die Staumöglichkeit im Zimmer ist etwas eingeschränkt.

Tolles Design, wunderbarer Blick, nettes Personal.
Bei offener Balkontür sehr lauter Verkehrslärm, läßt sich bei der Lage nicht verhindern. Bei geschlossener Balkontür total Schalldicht.
